Works with Apple Health

Your health data, connected.

Give FitPilot permission and it reads the metrics you allow — steps, energy, exercise, sleep, heart rate, weight and more — then shows them next to your training, with history you can browse by day, week, month or year.

Training

Workouts built around you.

Answer a few questions once. FitPilot generates the week, prescribes the sets, suggests the weight, and keeps every session you finish.

A plan that fits the week you have

Pick your days, your session length and the equipment you can reach. The generator balances the week across the body rather than repeating your favourite lift.

Logging that takes one tap

Each set opens on the numbers it is expected to be — carried from your last set, or worked out from your bodyweight for a movement you have never logged.

Weights you can set yourself

FitPilot suggests a working weight; you can pin your own for any exercise, and every set you log updates what it offers next time.

Activity

Three rings, read at a glance.

When Apple Health has your activity data, FitPilot draws Move, Exercise and Stand against the goals you set yourself — on the dashboard, next to the workout you are about to do.

No goals of our own, no invented targets. If the data is not there, the app says so rather than drawing an empty ring and calling it progress.

Insights

See where you’ve been. Understand where you’re going.

Every metric has its own history: today, yesterday, this week, last month, six months, a year, or any two dates you choose. Averages, highest and lowest days, and a chart you can actually read.

Steps

Daily totals and weekly trends

Active Energy

Daily calories and averages

Sleep

Duration night by night

Heart Rate

Resting rate against your own baseline

History

Every session, kept.

Workout history lives inside the Workout tab, grouped by month, with the sets, exercises, duration and volume you actually logged. Long-press any session for a preview, or to delete it.

Health data stays out of it. History is the record of what you did in the gym, not a feed of everything your phone measured.

How it works

Three steps, once.

01

Tell us about yourself

Goals, schedule, experience and the equipment you have. Two minutes, once.

02

Build your routine

FitPilot generates a balanced week, with sets, reps, rest and a starting weight for each movement.

03

Track your progress

Log your sets, keep your history, and watch your activity and health trends alongside it.

Privacy

Your health data stays yours.

FitPilot has no accounts and no servers. Your profile, your plan, your sessions and every set you log are stored in a database on your iPhone.

Nothing is uploaded

The app requests no network access. There is nowhere for your training or health data to be sent, because the app cannot reach a network at all.

Apple Health is read, not copied

Health metrics are read live for the screen you are looking at. Only your weigh-ins are imported, because the app calculates from them.

Yours to take or delete

Export everything as a single file, or delete all of it from Settings. Apple Health permissions are revoked in the Health app at any time.

Start building a healthier routine.

Plan your workouts. Track your activity. Understand your progress.
